Is this a brand-new Sony PSP?
No — Sony hasn't made PSPs since 2014. Every RetroBytes build uses a brand-new housing and new replacement components (battery, buttons, SD adapter, charger) fitted around a refurbished and tested original PSP motherboard, display and UMD drive. We call it "professionally rebuilt," not "brand new," because that's the honest description.
Can I get a custom or transparent colour?
Yes — transparent housings and special colours are available on request, quoted individually since availability varies. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm options and price before you order.
What's the warranty?
Every build includes a 60-day warranty on covered repairs and restorations, covering issues related to our rebuild. It doesn't cover removable batteries, SD cards/storage media, screen guards, PSP adapters/chargers or other customer-replaceable accessories, nor physical, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, tampering, or unauthorised opening/modification after delivery.
What games come pre-loaded?
Each unit ships with a curated game setup on pre-configured storage. Want a specific library or more storage? Tell us after ordering and we'll confirm final pricing before shipping.
Does the Monster Hunter Edition come in other colours?
No — the Monster Hunter Edition housing is a fixed limited design; that's what makes it the edition. Availability is limited and not guaranteed to be restocked.
