You share photos and describe the issue over WhatsApp or Instagram DM. We give you a preliminary quote within 24 hours — no obligation.
We guide you on how to pack your device safely — bubble wrap, anti-static pouch, rigid box. Poorly packed devices are a leading cause of transit damage; we prevent that.
Once received, your device is logged with photos, given a unique job ID, and inspected under magnification. A finalised written quote is sent before any work begins.
Work begins only after your approval. We use OEM-grade parts, precision tools, and ESD-safe workstations. Progress photos are shared at key milestones.
Multi-point testing: every button, every port, display quality, battery health, and function. The device must pass our QC checklist before it moves forward.
Packed in reinforced double-box with bubble wrap, foam inserts, and anti-static protection. Shipped via tracked courier — you get the tracking link the moment it's dispatched.
We accept devices pan-India. The process is simple — reach out, pack safely, and ship. We handle everything else.

Wrap your device in an anti-static bag, then in at least 3 layers of bubble wrap. Place inside a rigid cardboard box with extra padding. Do not use thin envelopes or soft pouches. Remove batteries from the console if possible.
Use any courier service (Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery preferred). Ship to our Bengaluru studio address, which we share after confirmation. Always use "fragile" stickers. Keep your tracking number.
You receive a confirmation WhatsApp when your device arrives. We inspect, photograph, send you the final quote, and begin restoration only after your green light.
After QC passes, we pack securely and ship via tracked courier. You receive tracking details and a before/after video of your restored device. Typical total turnaround: 7–10 working days after we receive it.
