Yes, absolutely. We accept devices pan-India via courier — Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and everywhere else. Contact us first on WhatsApp; we'll confirm we can service it and share a preliminary quote. We share our address after confirmation.
If after inspection we find a device is beyond viable repair, we'll tell you honestly and return it. A ₹199 diagnostic fee applies for the inspection, plus return courier charges.
We accept UPI and bank transfer. A 50% advance is required once the final quote is approved, before restoration begins. The balance is paid before return shipment. No work starts without your explicit approval.
The warranty covers the specific parts replaced and associated labour. If a replaced part fails within 60 days under normal use, we fix or replace it at no charge. Physical damage after return or water damage is not covered.
Yes! We sell individual spare parts for PSP (all models, including E1004), iPod Classic, and other retro devices. DM us with the exact part and your device model, and we'll ship anywhere in India.
Typically 7–20 days from the day we receive your device. Complex restorations or rare parts sourcing may take slightly longer — we'll always communicate in advance.
